WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A Project Coordinator who is bright, articulate, and self-motivated to help us manage our growing workload and to be a vital part of our project operations.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
The position of Project Coordinator is to assist the Project Manager (office) throughout the entire construction process from PreConstruction through Construction closeout. The Project Coordinator will also provide support to the Project Superintendent (field) in running construction projects.
Develop and manage a variety of tasks through a cloud-based construction administration software (ProCore) and the MS Office software suite.
Tasks include, but not limited to, project correspondence, contracts, shop drawings/submittals, meeting preparation and follow up, general project support projects, research to assist in the construction process.

Construction experience is helpful, but not required
