Almost every general contractor can deliver a fully operational building. Pearce delivers buildings that continue to meet user demand for decades after completion.

First, we perform a thorough analysis of how the finished building will be used and by whom.

Second, we assist the project architect in making design, programming and material choices that will best serve the occupants and the way they will use the building.

Third, we advise the client on long-term impacts of equipment and material choices. How long will a system last under the conditions it will be used? If something breaks, how easy is it to source a part or a replacement?

Fourth, we train owners on how to use installed systems, like security, AVL, HVAC, window shades, and operable walls. Proper usage and maintenance of these systems will prolong their useful life.
