An existing space on the Country Club Plaza was renovated into a Jack Stack Barbecue restaurant. Pearce provided interior demolition and the complete build-out of a new restaurant on a defined schedule and budget.
Our work included new bar construction, exterior awnings, and custom lighting fixtures. A full commercial kitchen was constructed with all required mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including exhaust hoods and systems for commercial smokers and open-flame cooking equipment. Interior finishes include wood ceiling systems, acid-resistant quarry tile flooring throughout the kitchen, and stainless steel wall panels in cooler and kitchen areas for easy cleaning. Restrooms feature stone trough sinks.
“It is rare to find a company as trustworthy and dedicated as Pearce Construction.”
