Bank of Blue Valley needed a ground-up new building in Olathe, Kansas, to serve its growing clientele. The steel-framed building features large-scale stone panels and metal cladding, with horizontal aluminum sunshade elements and aluminum storefronts. We installed a white reflective TPO roofing system to reduce solar gain and heating and cooling costs.
Interior features include custom-built teller work areas, check-writing stands, glass-walled private offices, and large-scale floor tile finishes. Pearce installed the bank vault and constructed drive-through teller lanes, coordinating banking equipment and security camera systems. Recessed HVAC diffusers and lighting systems are integrated throughout the ceiling plane.
