As part of its regional expansion, Capitol Federal needed a new Overland Park location. The steel-framed building features a stone-and-brick veneer shell with stucco cornice detailing. The entry tower includes clerestory window systems with a custom backlit bank logo and branding element.
The exterior entry walk is finished in brick and concrete pavers with low landscape bollard lighting. Pearce also constructed a new drive-through teller lane and installed the lane canopy. Interior and exterior storefront window systems complete the building envelope.
Interior finishes include custom casework with colorful artwork feature walls behind teller stations, a combination of direct and indirect lighting systems, and wood laminate flooring throughout.
