How We Built This Project

To convert an existing bar and grille into a Capitol Federal Savings branch location, Pearce demolished the existing entry lobby, dining areas, and kitchen. We constructed a new, large-scale entry tower with stone, stucco, and integrated lighting systems. A new drive-through teller canopy was built, and we coordinated the integration with existing banking equipment. Site modifications included adjustments to drive lanes, parking, and drainage. A new stone facade was installed at the bank vault location. Interior finishes include custom millwork and casework at teller stations and private offices, a conference room with audio-visual systems, and custom logo and display areas.
