How We Built This Project

To build a new Capitol Federal bank branch in Tiffany Springs, we constructed a one-story steel-framed building with brick veneer and metal-clad wall systems, featuring a large curtain-wall entry tower. A large-scale clock is mounted at the entry tower, serving as a prominent exterior landmark. Pearce also constructed a new drive-up teller lane and installed the canopy.

Interior features include a terrazzo floor finish with an integral customer logo in the lobby, interior aluminum storefront office wall systems, and custom millwork and casework at the teller line. The bank equipment installation, including the vault, was coordinated with security systems. Recessed LED strip lighting is integrated into the acoustical lay-in ceiling throughout lobby spaces. Stormwater collection systems were installed adjacent to the parking areas to prevent flooding.
