Pearce Construction is once again partnering with the Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary to manage a complete interior and exterior renovation of their student dormitories originally built in the 1950s. This $7 million dollar renovation will include all of the living quarters, resident advisors rooms, kitchens and public hallway space, and a complete exterior renovation.
