A new pediatric dental clinic in Belton, Missouri, began with a steel-framed structure clad in stucco and aluminum. The owner was new to commercial development, so Pearce provided guidance through the early stages of site selection, building program development, and budget planning, continuing through delivery.
During construction, unstable soil and foundation conditions were identified. Through excavation and re-compacting, we were able to establish a stable base.
The facility includes dental operatories, a full operating room, a procedure room, private offices for dentists and directors, and a conference room with audio-visual systems for board meetings. Custom dental casework was coordinated with a specialized provider. The exterior features aluminum cladding systems, and an underground stormwater management system is located beneath the parking lot. Equipment and staff relocation from the previous facility to the new building was also coordinated as part of the project closeout.
