Most projects start with the owner’s vision – and most owners don’t have an architectural background. 

From the very beginning of our work on a project, we communicate with the owner and the architect to understand exactly what the client’s goals are and how those translate to a physical space. Our background in architecture gives us an advantage, because we can “speak the language” of architecture and construction and translate that for owners. 

We also know that there are multiple ways to achieve the same goal. We are skilled at finding solutions to site, budget and timeline challenges so that owners are still able to realize their ideal space. We also know how to spot long-term potential issues that might arise from design or material choices and how to resolve those to the client’s satisfaction.
